주식회사 드림코퍼레이션이 운영하는 하루는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)를 어떠한 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다. 아동 성적 학대물(CSAM)의 제작, 게시, 공유, 요청, 유도, 홍보 및 이에 준하는 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다. 아동을 대상으로 한 그루밍, 성적 접근, 협박, 인신매매 또는 착취 행위도 금지됩니다.
2. 신고 방법
이용자는 하루 앱에서 문제의 사용자 또는 게시물에 있는 신고 기능을 이용해 아동 안전 우려를 신고할 수 있습니다. 긴급하거나 추가 설명이 필요한 경우 아래 담당 이메일로 신고할 수 있습니다.

아동이 즉각적인 위험에 처한 경우 앱 신고만 기다리지 말고 현지 경찰 또는 긴급 구조기관에 즉시 연락해 주세요.
3. 검토와 조치
회사는 접수된 아동 안전 신고를 검토하고, 정책을 위반한 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 접근을 제한합니다. 위반 계정은 사안에 따라 경고, 일시 정지 또는 영구 이용 제한 조치할 수 있으며, 관련 기록은 법률과 안전 대응에 필요한 범위에서 보존할 수 있습니다.
4. 관계기관 신고 및 법률 준수
회사는 적용되는 아동 안전 관련 법률을 준수합니다. CSAM이 확인되거나 법률상 신고 의무가 발생한 경우, 미국 실종·학대아동방지센터(NCMEC) 또는 관할 지역의 수사기관 및 관계기관에 신고하고 적법한 조사 요청에 협조합니다.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE
Haru, operated by Dream Corporation Inc., has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Creating, posting, sharing, soliciting, facilitating, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. Grooming, sexual solicitation, coercion, trafficking, or exploitation of children is also prohibited.
2. Reporting
Users can report child safety concerns through the in-app user and post reporting features. Reports requiring additional context may be sent to ryo.ichida@dream-corporation-inc.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services without delay.
3. Review and enforcement
We review child safety reports and remove or restrict access to content that violates these standards. Depending on the circumstances, offending accounts may be warned, suspended, or permanently prohibited from using the service.
4. Legal compliance and reporting to authorities
We comply with applicable child safety laws. When CSAM is confirmed or a legal reporting obligation applies, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), relevant regional authorities, or law enforcement, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
